Due to Covid-19 we are experiencing delays with shipping. Our standard 7 days timeframe will be slightly longer during this time. We are working hard to get your orders printed and shipped out as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience during this time. 

 

SHIPPING

Processing and production of your order will begin during the next business day after payment is received. It may take up to 7 additional business days for your order to complete production and be shipped. Delivery times can be found for each shipping type below.

Please note: We do not deliver to PO Boxes or APO addresses.

Please note that the delivery times are only a guideline and you should only contact us about the status of your delivery if it has been longer than 4 weeks.

 

1. After submitting your order, you will receive a order confirmation e-mail This confirmation is sent within minutes after an order is placed. If you do not receive this confirmation, it is most likely got into your junk mail, so make sure you check your email carefully.

 

2. Once your order is shipped you will receive another email giving you a tracking number so you can follow the journey of your package online!

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).

**To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
