RETURNS/EXCHANGES/DEFECTS
Unfortunately, we currently do not accept any returns or exchanges. Every product is made to order just for you. Our products advertised on the site are as closely matched to the actual product. Due to screen color differences we can not promise exact image matching from computer screen to products received.
Our shipping department double checks every product and carefully pack every order to make sure you receive your order in its best condition. We are not responsible for orders damaged by shipping carriers.
Nappyfrancophones does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.
Please understand that ALL sales are FINAL for jewelries, accessories and hair products:

should a mistake arise, we kindly ask that you contact us: nappyfrancophones@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt to coordinate an acceptable solution. Please include your order number and a detailed explanation of the problem.
Please note that faulty (misprinted) products will need to be checked via photos and the final decision will be at the discretion of our quality control team.
